To ensure orderly scheduling, deep spiritual focus during nightly prayers, and courteous service for all seekers, the following policies govern appointment bookings, remote intake reviews, and cancellations.
1. Consultation Intake Review Process
Upon submitting a consultation request through our online portal, WhatsApp, or telephone:
- Verification: Our administrative desk verifies that all essential details (applicant name, mother's name, contact number, and matter description) are complete.
- Spiritual Queue: Valid inquiries are submitted to the spiritual practitioner for nightly Sunnah Istikhara prayer and Ilm-ul-Adad calculations.
- Turnaround Expectation: Because authentic Istikhara involves deliberate prayer and cannot be rushed artificially, our standard response timeline is 24 to 48 hours. Urgent requests may be marked for priority review upon initial communication.
2. In-Person Visits to Gujrat Center
For clients seeking in-person consultations at our physical sanctuary in Shajhan Market, Marala Road, Gujrat:
- Prior Appointment: Walk-ins are accommodated subject to availability, but scheduling in advance via telephone (0345 9852145) or WhatsApp is strongly advised to avoid waiting.
- Sanctuary Etiquette: Visitors are kindly requested to maintain a dignified, respectful decorum appropriate to a spiritual center of Islamic remembrance.
- Family Accompaniment: For matrimonial rishta consultations, family elders, parents, or guardians are warmly encouraged to accompany the seeker.
3. Remote Voice & Written Consultations
For clients located outside Gujrat or overseas:
- Consultation summaries are delivered primarily via high-clarity WhatsApp voice recordings, allowing you to listen, reflect, and share findings with family members as needed.
- Written summaries of recommended wazaif, Quranic verses, and elemental compatibility notes are provided alongside voice consultations.
4. Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation
We understand that unforeseen family commitments, travel constraints, or emergencies may arise:
- Rescheduling: If you cannot attend your scheduled in-person visit in Gujrat, please notify us at least 4 hours prior so your time slot may be offered to another waiting family.
- Remote Query Withdrawal: If circumstances change and you no longer require Istikhara after submitting an intake form, notify our WhatsApp desk so the practitioner may reallocate prayer time.
5. Financial Transparency & Ethical Remuneration
In alignment with authentic Islamic traditions:
- We strictly repudiate extortionate demands, escalating hidden fees, or predatory financial exploitation.
- Basic guidance, educational materials, and Dua explanations are freely shared with the community. Where voluntary contributions (Hadiya) or consultation arrangements apply, they are agreed upon transparently before proceeding.
- No client will ever be pressured into compulsory ritual purchases or fraudulent items.
