1. Nature of Advisory Services
Roohani Istikhara provides traditional Islamic spiritual consultation, Sunnah-compliant Istikhara supplications, classical Ilm-ul-Adad (Abjad numerology), and celestial Buruj analysis. These services are provided as spiritual perspective and traditional religious guidance. They do not constitute statutory, medical, psychological, legal, or licensed financial advice.
2. Client Representations & Accuracy
To ensure that spiritual calculations and prayers are accurately directed:
- You warrant that all information submitted, including your legal name, maternal name, birth details, and circumstances, is truthful and submitted in good faith.
- You agree not to impersonate another individual, submit fabricated information, or request spiritual interference intended to cause unlawful harm, break legitimate marriages maliciously, or transgress Islamic ethics.
- We reserve the right to decline any consultation inquiry that violates our ethical code or Islamic principles.
3. Consultation Timelines & Communication
Because Istikhara requires deliberate nightly prayer and contemplation, guidance reports are normally delivered within 24 to 48 hours following submission. While we endeavor to respond promptly, unforeseen delays arising from high consultation volumes or spiritual prayer schedules may occur.
4. Mutual Respect & Code of Conduct
Our spiritual practitioners and support staff are committed to treating every client with utmost empathy, dignity, and courtesy. We expect the same standard of respectful conduct from clients across all phone, WhatsApp, and in-person communications. Profanity, harassment, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of the consultation dialogue.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All textual materials, guides, prayer protocols, logo emblems, and audio recordings published on this website are the intellectual property of Roohani Istikhara. You may share materials for personal, non-commercial, spiritual benefit with appropriate attribution, but commercial reproduction or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
In accordance with traditional Islamic theology, all ultimate outcomes, decree, and results reside in the divine will of Allah Almighty (Qadr). While our practitioners perform supplications and calculations with sincere diligence, Roohani Istikhara and its affiliates shall not be held liable for personal life decisions, commercial investments, matrimonial outcomes, or subjective interpretations made by the client.
